This by far is the best tasting protein I've had and has incredible consistency for mixing into everything. I totally went Forrest Gump with it - protein shakes, protein pancakes, protein cookies, protein smoothies, protein ice cream, protein oatmeal. There's so much you can do with it!

I have tried so many pre workouts over the years. This pre is absolutely the best with clean energy 10 minutes of consumption. I take this when the alarm clock sounds at 4:20 in the morning and it seemingly is still fueling me after vigorous workouts.
